David F. Salvaggio
Attorney David Salvaggio is the firm’s Senior Member. Mr. Salvaggio was born in Pennington, New Jersey in 1952, and admitted to practice law in New Jersey in 1977. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University, cum laude, in 1974, and received his law degree from Rutgers in 1977. While in law school Mr. Salvaggio was the Editor of Rutgers Law Review from 1976-1977, and served as the Law Clerk to Hon. Wilfred P. Diana of the Superior Court of New Jersey from 1977-1978. He is the author of the Comment, "Tenore v. Nu Car Carriers, Inc.," 29 Rutgers Law Review 681, 1976, and the Co-Author of "Sellers Beware: Implied Warranty of Habitability Now Applies to Sale of Existing Homes," 153, New Jersey Lawyer, The Magazine 24 (1993). Mr. Salvaggio is a member of the Morris County Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association and American Bar Association. He concentrates his practice in the areas of family and matrimonial law, custody disputes, divorce mediation, adoption and domestic violence.


Christopher L. Garibian
Attorney Christopher Garibian was born in Brooklyn , New York in 1967, and admitted to practice law in New Jersey in 1997. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University in 1990, and received his law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan in 1997. While in law school Mr. Garibian was a contributing writer to The Michigan Bar Journal and Michigan Opinion Notes/Law School Student Newspaper. In 2000, he presented to the Morris County Young Lawyers Association on "Practice of Law in a Small Firm." Mr. Garibian also taught Family Law at Fairleigh Dickinson University Paralegal Studies from 2001-2002. Mr. Garibian is a member of the Morris County Bar Association’s Family Law Section, the New Jersey State Bar Association’s Family Law Section, the North Jersey Family Law Inn of Courts (Pupil, 2002-present) and the Somerset County Family Law Inn of Court (Pupil, 2000-2001). Mr. Garibian concentrates his practice in the areas of family and matrimonial law, divorce mediation, domestic violence and adoption.
