Following a preliminary conversation with Attorney Salvaggio or Garibian, a member of the firm’s trusted staff will schedule a time for you to meet with one of them in person.

During the initial consultation, Attorney Salvaggio or Garibian will examine the facts and circumstances related to your divorce, custody, adoption or other family law matter. They will provide you with an explanation of how these types of legal matters are handled and also the nature of the law(s) pertaining to your situation. They will also explain to you and your family the possible courses available and the merits and drawbacks of each.

This initial consultation is a chance for you to meet our attorneys and staff and explain your legal issues and needs, and you are not bound to anything until you feel that you are ready for Salvaggio Garibian, LLC to represent and protect your rights. Should you feel that Salvaggio Garibian, LLC is the right firm to handle your family law, divorce or custody matter, you will sign a retainer agreement naming Salvaggio Garibian as your legal representative.

Once the retainer agreement is signed, we will begin to handle your divorce, custody, domestic violence, paternity, or adoption issues.
